Finally i can reveal what i've been working on for a pretty good while now! ^-^

This is still a work in progress...i still have some physics to do and some bits to add, but i have finished the glowing outline bits!

So this is Lui hibiki, remote controller outfit. Because i really want to cosplay lui hibiki and remote controller. So i decided to lump them into one
